items is 7 to 10 days.

 

Returns
Our return policy spans 90 days from the date of purchase. Regrettably, after this period, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. 

 

Non-returnable items include:
Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Items returned more than 90 days after delivery. To complete a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer. Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, with funds returned to your original payment method within a specified timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven't received a refund, check your bank account, contact your credit card company, and your bank. If issues persist, reach out to us at support@minicinema.com

 

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please email us at support@minicinema.com.

 

Shipping
To initiate a return, please email us at support@minicinema.com. You are responsible for return shipping costs, and these costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted. Shipping times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.

 

Order Cancellation
Order cancellations are accepted before the item is dispatched. To cancel an order, contact customer service at support@minicinema.com as soon as possible. If the item has already been dispatched, you can return or exchange it according to our return policy.
